Murder Report - PhoenixRealm

What happened:
Ok, so basicly, I was in Phoenix's base when he walks up to me and says "I wanna try something, don't get mad" and pulls his sword out and randomly kills me without telling me he was going to do that!
Evidence:

I can confirm the first death in the tabbychat log, as I was a witness via Dynmap. Cant pull it from the actual server files as its too long ago.

Also, he just killed mister_ee at 21:17 (GMT) for 'killing his cat' without warning at his house.
Saw it via Dynmap. Mister didnt seem to do anything, and the cat supposedly made hit noises while there, however it could have easily suffocated (gulliver is buggy with pets like that) and without proof its against the rules to outright kill someone like that.
I have given him a verbal warning that it will not be tolerated if it happens again.
