Well, I really couldn't find a better place to post this, but I just had to...

The Ciabatta Special VwodLxa

The original item was called the "Bread Bite," so I decided to make it special. It even has a nice shiny green glow! ^w^

Game is Team Fortress 2, which I'm sure many of you have heard of it (or many, many quotes from our younger players. Razz

RP Character Sheet
Name: Flamm
Personality Trait: Loyal
Character Description: Flamm is a member to the Melynx race, a race of bipedal feline-like creatures who usually trust on primitive tools over modern day ones. Typically very friendly and energetic, Flamm is glad to test anything new. However, he has a split-personality. His "other self," named Sedv, is very calm, collected, and logical. It seems that his two halves of his brain are separate beings, only coming out when needed. It's easy to tell them apart, however. Flamm's eye color, which is normally purple, changes to cyan when Sedv takes over. Melynxes typically are quite short, being only about 4 1/2 feet tall. In Flamm's case, however, he's nearly twice that. The cause of his size change is because of a curse he received as a mere kitten... While Flamm was still young, he enjoyed fishing (as most other Melynxes do). A legend floated around the lake he was fishing in, the Legend of the Jade Carp. This Carp, when caught, would grant the catcher one wish of any sort. Flamm didn't know much about this lake, nor had he even heard of such a fish. When this fish appeared on his line, however, he was caught quite off guard! Running back to his village with the fish in tow, he happened across a dark, hooded figure, about the size of a human male. "That's a... -very- nice fish you have there..." it said in a raspy, low whisper. "Do you know what that fish is..?" Flamm shook his head. "That... that is the Jade Carp of the Gods!" the figure exclaimed in an almost-but-not-quite-friendly tone. "They say it will grant you a wish if you -eat- it... Just wish your wish and eat the whole thing..." "Eat a fish to gain a wish? What a wonderful idea!" Flamm thought. And so, thinking for a while for a good wish, he remembered how he was the runt of the clan. "What I wouldn't give to be a little bit bigger... Oh! I'll wish for that!" Biting into the fish, he exclaimed, "I wish to be bigger!" and the fish tasted like the best fish he had ever had. He devoured the jewel-colored fish, waiting for his wish to come true. As he finished the fish, it began to give off a foul taste. He merely shrugged this off. "Yes... a wonderful wish..." the figure agreed. "I hope you... enjoy the rest of your days..." The figure gave a short cackle and retreated slowly into the brush, seeming to disappear. Flamm continued on, only stopping once to wonder why the man had added "rest of your days" before he vanished. When Flamm returned to his village, he retold his story to everyone he could with excitement. Most laughed or looked the other way, as most do when a young one is telling childish stories, but the elders reacted in horror. "You ATE the fish?!" they cried. "That was the Gods' prized animal! And you ATE IT!" They believed he was cursed and forced him to sleep outside the huts, alone, to ward off any harm that could possibly come to Flamm or the village as punishment. And punishment came. That night, a violent storm raged through the village, tearing huts apart and rooting up trees. Everyone in the village, despite the wind and thunder, was able to hear the mewling of the small, cursed kitten that was forced outside for his punishment. Then, with one flash and deafening blast of thunder, the mewling stopped. At sunrise, the clan climbed outside their small, safe huts to see what had happened to Flamm. What they saw was only a charred, smoldering oak tree that Flamm had used as shelter that night... ----------- Nothing. That was all he saw. Nothing. He was nothing. Merely a mind in the midst of nothing. Then a voice. "Hello?" it said. He tried to respond, but nothing had no voice. "Can you hear me?" it said again. Yes! He thought. He only hoped it could hear him somehow. "Hello! You're alive! What's your name?" the voice responded. He was alive? Alive isn't nothing. As for the question, did nothing have a name? "Flamm," he said, no longer nothing. "Flamm? A nice name. My name's Sedv. I'm a... disembodied spirit, like you!" So that's what he was. Continuing to be something, Flamm asked this new voice, "How did... 'this' happen?" "The Gods were... upset by something you did... they sent you here as punishment." "Where is here?" "Nevermind that. I can get you out..." "How?!" Flamm was eager to return to his village -- wherever 'here' was, he didn't like it. "If you allow me to come with you, I can return you to your body!" "Great! Let's do it! I want to go back to my village! I bet everyone's worried sick about me..." "Uhm, I can't exactly return you to -when- you were... you were, uh... 'asleep', for a very long time." "How long?" "Let's just say... a few hundred years... but that's nothing! You can still live your life!" Flamm thought about this for a while. How much was a hundred? Not too long, he hoped. "Very well!" "Oh, and another thing I must mention... you received that wish you wanted, but at a cost..." "Cost?" "Double your size for half your vision... you lost your right eye." "And anything else?" "Your... uh... mortality... you can't die, forced to live forever as punishment..." How could not dying be a punishment? This sounds fun! "Very well then, let us go!" And in the middle of the nothingness that surrounded him, Flamm saw a bright light fill his vision. When it cleared, he was huddled under an ancient, yet still smoldering oak, the same one that had been struck all those years ago. Flamm felt dizzy, and getting up was no easy task; his new size made it difficult to get balanced. That, along with only half of his vision, made righting himself difficult. Once he was confident that he found his balance, he looked down into a puddle and saw something odd. His face had remained the same the entire time, but where his right eye should be, a brilliant tiger's eye jewel sat. A voice in the back of his head appeared. "This is Sedv, remember me? That jewel is where I am, and I'll be with you for quite some time... If you ever need help with something, just ask. Otherwise I'll come out when I believe you need me." Instantly, although he knew it was gone, his vision cleared and he was seeing through both eyes again. "This is what I see," Sedv said. "I'll help you see anything hidden or secret, even if you can't see them. You can even cover me up: I can see through things, and a mere mask or eyepatch is no problem!" Flamm, thinking about this, decided it would be weird to see a cat with a jewel in its eye, much more a giant cat with one. With that in mind, he grabbed some long blades of grass and began weaving, creating a sturdy green eyepatch which he hung over his right eye. Eager for adventure, he began walking into the unknown, the unknown we know as the present...

Name: Blizz Braidy
Personality Trait: Optimistic
Character Description: A dragon type humanoid, Blizz grew up reading and absorbed by books about Adventure, Fantasy and most of all treasure. He imagined himself in the stories, alongside the main characters in the book, and wishes he could escape to their world. His adventurous spirit was born from this, and, becoming older and more capable, he set out in search of his own adventure, trying to imitate the epic tales he still reads regularly. Unfortunately, this usually does not go well for him, being a dim and reckless young kid, he lets his headstrong and stupidly brave personality outshine his abilities, and finds himself (and in a lot of cases, his companions) injured or in trouble. He has a really optimistic attitude towards even the most dangerous situations (most likely because he still imagines it as a story in one of his books) and is generally energetic and upbeat about most things. He does however hate water, as he cant swim. Suddenly switching to a rare worried look. To help this he often piggybacks on a companion as they swim, to get across obstacles.

Nah, its the extra sugar rush from the excess glucose in the bodies... er, fists. After about 2-3 hours, Heavy will be deader than a door knob and in the mood for more munchies. XD
