Oh nuuu, and it's over the water... XD

Though it gives me the idea of perhaps adding pixel art maps to improvise portraits.  ^^

Well over the land would be -much- worse xP if you have it in the air, it creates shadow, meaning millions of mobs under it xD

That, and it doesn't take up space where buildings could be

But pixel art maps? that sounds very interesting =] an area designated for pixel art would be pretty sweet tbh ^_^

But if you clear the land... aha! Then you lay it flat on the ground, causing no shadows, and saving me disk space cause thats less info to store. :3

Admittedly, though, oceans are far less interesting, so they won't need much in terms of protecting -- they are, however, great destinations for biome imports (which at some point I should get back into, especially now with Spawnington being close to complete). XD

The spot I chose is like literally 50 blocks away from the High Heavens, So I don't think i took away much of your potential importing space, unless you wanted the hulking mass of quartz and glass floating over it X)

Also, I was thinking "Maybe I shouldn't do this, maybe it's a bit too big." But if you zoom out and look at the surrounding area. There still TONS of space around me. I don't know though. If you want me to stop, I'll take it down :c

Nuu, we're just joking drake, geez. Shad knows I have a thing for stuff floating on water, I wailed on him for days about the hide and seek place, and the class selection area. Razz

Pixel art maps are tough, especially due to the limited colors the maps provide. We'd best wait until the maps get better (I think in 1.7?), or find some highly unnecessary map mods for the server. -w-

Did the math. Takes me about 40 minutes per column of 3 blocks. with what I have done as of right now. It should take me approximately 12-13 hours of straight work without stopping. Cool
