I can't load Forge or Gulliver

I followed the installer guide to the letter(even changed Java to version 7) and nothing seems to work. I have the right forge version, the right gulliver versio, and the right JML argument. I've tried just about everything and nothing seems to work. Please help!

And of course you would attempt to install the mod AFTER making us whitelist you, ugh.  >v>

There was a fix recently to keep Java 8 so it won't be necessary to back port Java7.  My guess is that if you already had Java8 and backported to 7, the profile could still be set to try and find java8 -- so check to make sure its not doing that.

As far as the java8 fix goes, look in Mion's thread for posts of mine talking about a Java8 mod fix.  (I do so regularly these days).

The other issue that could be happening is that you have another mod causing a conflict.

I'd add more but can't at the moment... Plus people installing the mod after a whitelist do so at their own peril.  ;3
