Monster Island
Hello. This is the successor to the Necropolis thread, where you can brainstorm ideas for developing Monster Island into a spooky, ghastly metropolis where mobs [and crazy players] can feel right at home!
So far we have 2 dungeons, a nether fort, the imported Dark Tower (from Twilight Forest), and a whole ton of spawners. If you have any other suggestions, or plan to build something really nice but not sure where it would be suitable, please run it by this thread.
Remember, when it comes to monsters, quantity trumps quality, so don't worry about building skills. :3

Turn and I, (and we saw liz and spook's names on sign) beat the spider dungeon place, though there was no boss for us, I really like the idea of venturing through the wasteland and beating dungeons for loot (which neither team found ) I would love if there were more dungeons and the ghost ship one is a great idea, I think we could do a slime or zombie cave, and various other dungeons, I could help if needed, I want that island to be one to fear and if you really are a true adventurer concur!

There could be a skeleton castle or also a witch's brewery/lab. So many possibilities, tell me if you want more.
One last one would be a Wither underground kingdom with MANY wither skellys and spawners and at the end a wither that you must defeat!

Aye, we had in mind making stuff like that, but interest waned even with the more belligerent players. For this, though, I would definitely have to help since the custom spawners require use of ingame NBTedit, and Shad and I are the only ones in the staff who knows how to do this.
But if the dungeons arr already mapped out it shouldnt be a problem, although without a /summon command its difficult to do reliable boss characters.

Cia, the evil RP Castle Tower thing could be at monster Island! There could be monsters in it for when it's not being used for RP as well.

Haha, there already IS an evil RP Castle Tower thingie at monster island, I'm surprised you haven't seen it yet.
It just needs to TLC, since I only imported it and relied on others to decorate it (which hasnt happened, of course). >.>

Ok cool. I never saw a nether one in the pack, but it is very difficult to climb, I enjoyed venturin thought though.
