Other than that, she looks adorable!  Nothing less to be expected from the great Cay!  

And I make my GIFs using the GIMP animation pack, although it's not the most intuitive tool in the world (in part because GIF isn't the best format in the world either).  >v<
In the past there used to be Adobe ImageReady which was great for creating animated GIFs, but I doubt it's around anymore.  ^^

Anyway, Mii and I did a bit of an art trade, so FINALLY here's my end of the bargain... a new avatar combining the coolness of her old "Misaka" (of To Aru no Railgun fame) icon, with the blonde mystique of her real giant self.  And dat face... XD

There are some people on this server who enjoy watching the show, so we sometimes draw MLP related things.
It is exactly the same concept, we all enjoy the Gulliver Mod and Minecraft so we draw things related to that. What's the difference.

I must add that there are only about 5 pieces of mlp art in this thread, other videogame art and the rest is Gulliver related art.
