Halloween Artwork Competition - 7th to 31st

Liz! With her shadowy version of herself!

I just really love the style of this, the messy materials used in this really bring out the shadowy effect and give a sense of chaos to it, plus its more interesting than a normal pencil on paper drawing ^_^.

Also, just the minimalistic style where some areas of the body are not drawn but your mind fills in the blanks anyways is really nice, i've always liked that sort of style, takes more thought to create something like that than drawing normally =]

The head is the only part I would say I don't like, as the shape of the eyes mouth are not great.

Overall, I chose Liz's for her original style, and the horrifying effect that it added to the main picture, which is what halloween is all about ^_^ Congradulations! Ill give you your skull + other prizes next time I see you =]
