Snes has been reported to have been harassing xxxHannah and TheGrimRipper at their town, by trespassing in houses without asking, arguing with both of them and then building a 'town' right outside their own out of spite, while abusing the nearby town's resizers and other gear for his own.

After much discussion, and reviewing of the evidence and witnesses, we have decided its best to let Snes go, and ban him from the server. He was disruptive, communicated very little, and when he did so seemed only to bring arguments with hannah, grim, other players and even staff members when questioned on matters.

In addition to this, it was found that he had on his possession, a bow named 'My Ciabatta1 Fanfiction', something completely intolerable on the server, and goes against the rules he agreed to upon joining.

The rules and responsibilities broken are as follows:

• 9.Please refrain from breaking and entering into another player's home without their consent
  
• 11. Please refrain from creating builds or items of a lewd and vulgar nature, unless specifically 
  permitted by Staff in a controlled, isolated environment.
  
• 20.Please help keep the atmosphere on our server peaceful, laid­back, exhilarating, appreciative and 
  fun.
  

While he is banned, we wish him well on his future endeavours and hope he finds another server better suited to his needs.
