Have I been banned?

I just attempted to get back on the server after the auto-restart and it said that i wasn't whitelisted. I was in the process of building something in Brightsvale, and then the auto-restart kicked me out. I restarted minecraft, clicked on the server, but as soon as it started to load it said i wasn't whitelisted to the server. Have i been banned? or was it just minecraft messing up?

Grim did something bad, yes.  I'll post about it later when I have time, but a person unwilling and unable to see fault in his actions, to the point of issuing threats to me, is not welcomed on this server.
