Sorry I Think I Broke the Server

Um I signed a written book and the server stopped working.  
Issues;
1) I end up in random places when I log in.
2) When I break blocks I don't get any drops.
3) Commands aren't working and neither is any redstone.
Date of issue: 1/26/2015
If it was I who caused the problem I am sorry and will try not to cause it again.

It might be something on your side since I have the same issues when my internet decides to be terrible

I'm not a genius on how to fix it though...
