The Blessing Shop is an amazing tool, giving you access to some incredible effects. The regeneration is one of them, and having fast passive regeneration is awesome. However there is a downside in that every time the moon's glow rejuvenates you, it gives you regeneration for about 5 seconds. This removes the permanent regeneration, forcing you to spend more cheese. Since the regeneration buff already provides almost no benefit when applied for such a short time, there is almost no point at all in having it. Removing it seems to be the best option, as buffing the Blessing Shop would be downright OP and it doesn't really help at all, anyway.
