Humble Owner Looking for Ingenious Tourist Trap in the Form of Lesser Dog

Location:  Anywhere cold that could use more player traffic (e.g., Penguin Paradise)

Description: Hoi! Looking for a cute wool or quartz statue of Lesser Dog from Undertale to be created as a tourist trap in an isolated location (preferably where there is a lot of snow) that's still reasonably accessible from a road.  The body of the statue should be fairly modest, but the head is where all the fun is: it should travel up to world height, down again deep into the earth close to the void, then up again, several loops around the region, and finally his head pops up somewhere he can see you with that adorable face of his.  <3

Considering that there is an actual set of dog statues ingame made of snow, I'd consider snow a much more fitting material.

It can be snow, yep, and that can be had for free... whatever works and looks cute. ^.^
