Server not working for me. :(

I was recently accepted into the server, and to my surprise, I can't join. No matter how many times I restart Minecraft, the Launcher, or even my computer, I keep getting the same error message: "Failed to login: Bad login". My good friend SFPT is trying to help me, and can't really figure anything out either. I am running the correct version of GulliverForged, and LegacyJavaFixer is in my mods folder. The even weirder thing is that it still works in singleplayer. Is this a problem with the fact that I have never joined a server before that wasn't LAN?

Can confirm. He's sitting right next to me and can't get on the server at all. I am not having any problems, I can get on just fine.

Hmm... it's not a whitelisting issue since it would have said something different. Historically, shutting down Minecraft and restarting helps with these.

The launcher log doesn't give any errors either except for the message saying "Failed to login: Bad login"

What you can also try is to go to your launcher page, log out, then reenter your user information.

I've gone searching around the Internet, and it seems to say that this happens when my account isn't legitimate. I don't think that's true, as I bought my account myself!

Ah sorry to hear, well we're running out of options... you might have to reinstall Minecraft and hope for the best.  Otherwise, there's not much we can do.  :/

That's a shame, I was rather excited. I'll have to look into the issue in much greater detail later, but for now, I am unable to join.

Hey, Hylian here. Can you try downloading an older version of the launcher and then try to join? There have been some issues brought up with gulliver and the new mc launcher so that might be the case. Anyways, try doing that for now and we'll see what happens.

Nope. None at all. I've even tried things that are always up and very popular like Hypixel.

To be fair, I've never tried to join a server before.

And the password works in the launcher, so I don't see what's happening.

Maybe you can join via the actual IP address of the server? But I have no idea what it is.
