super7893 Temp-banned

This is long over-due, but super7893 is temp-banned for one week until next Sunday, September 14th.  This is due to a consistent string of improper behavior unbefitting a player on our server, including staff harrassment, chronic whining, murdering other players, spamming Youtube links, uttering bullying remarking due to jealousy, and misusing Dynmap.  

He seemed confident in the fact that he was untouchable owing to his seniority (being a veteran player on Gunia's); and when that failed, he would hide behind his presumed autism to explain away his improper conduct. Up until now he's been awarded remarkable leniency even as we tightened the standards of our server to exclude players just like him.  But consider tonight's level of disruption the proverbial straw that broke the camel's back, and for this I think at least a small punishment is in order.

Regardless of any seniority or possible mental condition, that's no excuse for disrupting the gameplay experience of other players -- our very own creeds make that paramount over any other considerations.  If you can't behave yourself on our servers, then we may not be the place for you.

Cia, I have issues keeping things that I don't wanna say in my head. It's very difficult to for me to keep control of myself, it's harder than it sounds for me. I'm sorry for all the chaos that I caused, I promiss to not do it again.

Don't think that I enjoy doing this, not to an old guard such as yourself, and one who might indeed have problems with self-control (if not through a neurological condition, certainly through youth). I'm left in a delicate position where I have to balance the needs of the many while still being considerate to some extent, and it's certainly not a role I would have ever wanted to take up precisely because I have to end up making hard (or harsh) decisions.

It is now Sunday, September 14th, and Super's temp ban is over -- he is now allowed back into the server.

For the most part he weathered the temp ban will, causing minimal disruption other than sending me private messages, including an early birthday present.  However, I did offer a very easy opportunity to exit his temp-ban early -- one that might have helped him -- and he did not take advantage of that.  For this reason, his temp-ban was allowed to take its full one-week course, and I have little doubt that this will get repeated again in the near-future, probably with a longer tempban time.

What a shame, truly.
