No, but thank you for your honesty.  Not everyone is willing to admit they're not server material -- some will simply lie to me to shoe-horn themselves in, and then face many hardships later when they realize the server is not what they were expecting (and is not terribly receptive to their stupidities).  Sometimes this even results in a very nasty removal (either through banning or de-whitelisting), which of course ends up being a complete waste of everyone's time.  


So despite appearances, I rather applicants be responsible enough to admit that now during the application process, rather than later when they could potentially become  aburden.

I'm surprised your friend hasn't coached you on how to write a proper application, since I already yelled at him and Bejago earlier for some very dismal answers..

That being said, get him to help you with questions 4 and 5, since your answer to Question #4 is NOT five random facts about you, but instead the usual lazy attempt to use my five samples as questions.  I've had this happen so often, I will begin failing applications automatically until people start actually reading the instructions and get these five random facts done properly.

And don't get me started on Question #5... this is such a simple thing being requested, that getting it wrong further illustrates an unwillingness [or inability] to read.  

If gama wants more of his friends over, he better make sure all his friends' apps are spotless, because I'm not spending any more of my time propping their deficiencies.  If something is wrong, I expect you all to figure it out based on the extensive feedback I already gave them.

Hello there.

Before I can review the rest of your app, I should point out that your answer to Question #3 (listing your talents and potential contributions) is far too small, and will require a good deal more detail then simple those two things (plus I don't know what "PvE" is).  

And on top of that, your answer to question #4 is done incorrectly since you, like many other people who answered this erroneously, used the five examples as questions rather than just samples.  The only one out of them with even a hint of uniqueness is "I sail", and even then I'm not sure if you're talking about boats or Zelda Wind Waker.  
If neither jobs, Linux or mod design applies to you, list something that actually does -- leaving it as "no" answers shows a discouraging lack of effort.

Anyway, please get these fixed if you'd like to get your app reviewed, otherwise I'm sorry to say this is automatically rejected.

Well you're one step closer as you fixed your question #2, but you completely ignored my advice on question #4 (aside from inserting the wind waker comment).  Please go back to the main page, reread the instructions on Question #4, and redo it.

Also, you cannot claim to help server staff if you cannot follow instructions -- already you are expending my time because you did not read the instructions carefully, and you're not even a full-time player yet.  You do not want to give off that impression, so attempt one more time to read the questions carefully and answer them appropriately.

I would like to join the server mainly because there are no other servers avadible any more, everyone I joined has gone down and hasn't come back up. I have had experience in another server, but I can't remember the name cause it was so long ago.

I never grief, steal, swear in chat or with blocks, or anything like that, sometimes I will get frustrated, but if I do I just quit and take it out on another game that isn't multiplayer. If I see anyone griefing or an obviously griefed building I will report it, and if possible, I will try to help figure out who did it. Also I will try to bring some of my friends onto the server.

1. I went to minecon and met Notch and Jeb
2. Any game for me is worth quadrouple if it has multiplayer
3. I am an overlord mod on the popular build server moncraft

- I used to be really addicted to Gulliver's mod and would play it all the time. But then over time I lost interest. I was hoping I could reunite with my favorite mod and meet some new people and hang out with you all. Also in my opinion Gulliver's mod is a multiplayer mod because when you are alone its not the same.

-I'm not going to sugar coat my personality but I think I am a talented Minecraft/Gulliver player. I have a great attitude and I would never disrespect anyone on your server. • I have been a commercial actor since I was 8 years old.

• I have traveled all around the U.S. but never left the country

• I am planning to do Twich Livestreaming while playing Gulliver on your server (if that is ok with you)

What an interesting name, since Flash is the name of that web applet that goes animation, and Gnash is the name of the free and open source alternative to that web applet. Granted I haven't followed Gnash developments in a long while, but I know they were around for a while.

Anyway, onto your review:

Question #2: Ah, it would help to know the name of the other server, since we'll know what to expect more or less. Off-hand, the most popular Gulliver servers of old that are no longer with us to a large capacity are Gunia's, Dravics', Shmevil and Skyscraper, though there were a couple of smaller ones that I'm probably forgetting. I would be sad to see that being the "only" gulliver server is the only reason for joining, as that would imply you wouldn't really care for us if there were other alternatives. But so be it, hopefully you'll like what you see when you're actually here.

Question #3: Thank you for swearing to not take out your frustrations on us.
Other applicants have mentioned that they are raging ticking timebombs, but offered no clear plan for preventing their rage from causing problems for other players -- and in some instances, we have had people lash out in-game as well, usually with awful consequences... to them.
In your case, it's nice you offer that assurance, so if you forget to uphold that, we can easily remind you of it. ^^
Oh, and there's no need to figure out who committed a crime, just the testimony and evidence will help (we have ways to determine culpability). And also don't feel compelled to bring your friends over -- we are only interested in people who "want" to be here, as simply a greater "quantity" of players won't insure a good "quality" of the experience.

Question #4: Oooh, those are some good reasons, albeit all bent around gaming. Wish there were more things outside of gaming, but for some people gaming IS their life... and so what can I say? Everyone is different. XD

Question #5: Oh no!!! You were doing so well! D:
The question calls for you to read through the Novice's Creed, and copy and paste a specific right or responsibility here verbatim. It's a simple test meant to ensure you a) read our creed, which acts as our rulebook per se, and b) demonstate the ability to read instructions.

Overall not a bad app, but it has one fatal flaw that is very easy to resolve, but certainly casts a shadow over the whole thing since it begs the question how someone could overlook one of the easier questions. I guess in addition to fixing Question #5, I want to probe you a bit about the server you came from... if you don't remember its name, try to describe it for me... the style of buildings, the mods used, some of the people there.

Hello Jack,
Well now we can properly say "You don't know Jack!" and sound legit. Or at least that's the expectation, we will see from the app review.

Question #2: Ah, nice reason. Although it doesn't address our server specifically, I guess we do agree with you that Gulliver is best savored with other people -- I certainly get that impression when 10-15 people of different sizes comingle, it's quite fun [and funny] to watch.

Question #3: Okay, so cut-and-dry good behavior and semi-decent building skills, I'll take it.
So long as people aren't jerks or irritating, I am fine with that.

Question #4: Oh! Maybe I've seen you in a cough syrup commercial. :3
Also a 25lb cat?! That's bigger than one of my dogs, wow. XD
And yes, twitch livestreaming is fine, so long as it's not destructive.
Overall, these are interesting and compelling reasons, and helps cement the image of you as a very down-to-earth player, that's good. ^^

Question #5: Ah yes, that's one of my favorites as well, since the only major altercation I had on Gunia's server was caused by a bullying 8x player who would kidnap me with impunity despite calls for her to stop, Despite some rare issues with PvP, I rather this awful event never get repeated.
You also won't lose any of your stuff anyway, since we do have KeepInventory enabled (it wasn't permanent up until recently during a power redistribution). ^^

Question #6: Well specifically "Cheese", since these exist as invisible credits (think money in a bank account). Sponges are simply "cash" forms of this, and are worth approximately 32 cheese credits; likewise Blue Cheese is worth 117 cheese credits. It will make more sense once you're on our server and check out the ATMs and stores.

And done! The app is fairly cut-and-dry, just like yourself, and so while it is not riveting, it is still solid and stable, and has it where it counts. I would say this qualifies as a cut-and-dry whitelist approval.

thematic value of the map. (I think this is cool because it's unique to this server (probably) most servers would class that sort of thing as griefing, but if somebody builds something like a mouse hole it will actually just make it look the same or better, and also supply a home to someone

I don't remember much about the server I came from but I know ShadowScale was one of the members, people built 8X scale realistic (ish) houses, but other than that I can't really remember anything, sorry!

1. My Minecraft Username(for 1.6.2) is infernoold1(if I need the one from the latest ver. of Minecraft it's infernoold).

2. I would like to try this sever out, since my little sister has said quite a lot of good things about it. Plus I am a YouTuber/Streamer so I would stream playing this, if the higher ups here didn't mind.

3. I am a builder at heart, I never did like the survival mode that much. I'd like to try my hand at creating large murals or popular culture icons, like My Little Pony(I am a brony ^_^). lol, you admitted to being incompetent, that's worrying. ^^;
And I am partially prone to believe it, given you went back and ruined question 2 and 3 despite my saying that were okay earlier. All you had to do was supply a new set of reasons for Question #4 and you would have been good to go, but now I have reason to worry about you because you seem to possess an inability to follow instructions. So already you're refusing to obey the staff despite claiming you will do so otherwise in this newly-revised answer to question #2 that should not have existed to begin with.

And speaking of Question #4, unless you're very old, very smart (enough to raise enough money to buy a factory and then run it, probably in China) or Bart Simpson, I have to seriously wonder about this "factory" of yours. Tell me a little more about it, as currently it seems to be a joke, and that negates your point 4.a because you claimed you're not funny (when in fact that's very funny). ;P

And I would recommend you only answer "Cheese" in the last question, as Cheese Blocks are incomplete description of the currency.

Answer: If Tiny, you have the right to carve a home within Spawnington, its sewers, or its various hovels, so

Question #5: This one's fine, although it seems to apply, coupled with your answers above, that you seek a parasitic existence. ;P

Question #6: Correct.

If you have friends on your server please list who they are as I am more inclined to be lenient with friends who are Veterans or above, and likewise more strict with friends who are too new and have already given me grief during their own application processes. Otherwise, this simply won't cut it, and you'd be best served asking them for help writing this.

I would like to join the server mainly because there are no other servers avadible any more, everyone I joined has gone down and hasn't come back up. I have had experience in another server, but I can't remember the name cause it was so long ago.

I never grief, steal, swear in chat or with blocks, or anything like that, sometimes I will get frustrated, but if I do I just quit and take it out on another game that isn't multiplayer. If I see anyone griefing or an obviously griefed building I will report it, and if possible, I will try to help figure out who did it. Also I will try to bring some of my friends onto the server.

Please list five random facts about yourself that can help differentiate you from other players.

1. I went to minecon and met Notch and Jeb
2. Any game for me is worth quadrouple if it has multiplayer
3. I am an overlord mod on the popular build server moncraft
4. I joined minecraft in Beta 1.7 (I think, that was when I looked at versions for the first time)
5. I treasure my Steam game collection (11 paid currently)

I don't remember much about the server I came from but I know ShadowScale was one of the members, people built 8X scale realistic (ish) houses, but other than that I can't really remember anything, sorry!

Aha! So you WERE at Dravics' old server.
In that case you my like ours since we are currently hosting remnants of that server... if you built a house there in a public location, it'll probably still be here, waiting for your return. ^^

That's great though, and your question to #5 is both accurate and contains an additional explanation that I usually love reading. Granted this applies only to public areas..,. players may be less willing to have you build mouse holes in their own personal homes, so check with them if you plan to. Otherwise, especially in the Cheese Quest House, go nuts, ^^
